Graduate student Emily McCullough made her digital slide presentation, Exploring the Stars with Brownies and Guides, before some 40 visitors from the 4th Brights Brownies and Camlachie Girl Guides on Thursday, April 12th, 6:00 p.m. Later arrivals brought the total to an estimated 45 visitors, including 28 girls, 3 brothers and 14 parents and leaders.
Clear skies greeted 25 visitors (16 children and 9 adults) from the 92nd Brownies for Exploring the Stars at the Cronyn Observatory, Wednesday, April 11th, 6:30 p.m. Graduates student Robin Wing made his digital slide presentation, Brownie Badge Presentation.
Cloudy skies and, later, wet snow greeted 34 visitors (estimated, 20 children and 14 adults) of the 81st London Girl Guides for Exploring the Stars at the Cronyn Observatory, Tuesday, April 10th, 7:00 p.m. Graduate student Tyler Desjardins made the digital slide presentation, The Scout / Guide Astronomy Badge.
Graduate student Robin Wing made his digital slide presentation Our Solar System before 59 visitors (34 students, 23 parents and 2 teachers) from Centennial Central Public School (Grades 5-6) at the Cronyn Observatory for Exploring the Stars, Thursday, April 5th, 7:00 p.m.
