Official opening of the new history exhibit

Post by Peter Jedicke » August 15th, 2017, 2:11 pm

Lots of good news for our club this summer, including Mark Tovey's project to re-create the look and feel of the control room of the Elginfield Observatory as a display in the basement of the Cronyn Observatory. Mark has put in a huge amount of work on this, with help from a bevy of other London Centre members and volunteers.

Read about it here ... step-past/
The opening of the exhibit was purposely timed to coincide with the partial solar eclipse.

Congrats and thanks to Mark!
