RASC London Centre Past President Dave McCarter made his digital slide presentation “The Telescope: Instrument of Discovery” in the Parkhill Public Library on Thursday, April 18th, 2013, 7:00 p.m. There was an audience of 6 children, under 14 years of age, and 4 adult library patrons. The weather was extremely wet so Dave did not set up a telescope for public viewing.
