A hazy cloudy sky greeted visitors to the Cronyn Observatory Open House, Saturday, September 1st, 8:30 p.m. Undergraduate student Neil Bhatt made his digital slide presentation, “The Solar System,” before 17 people at 8:45 p.m. There were 32 visitors to the Cronyn by the end of the evening.

Clear skies greeted 35 visitors, including 32 adults, 2 children and one infant to the Cronyn Observatory International Students Tour, Monday, August 27th, 8:30—10:30 p.m. Graduate student Allison Hill and undergraduate student Neil Bhatt made their 20—30 minute digital slide presentation on the theme, “Mars and the Astronomy Program at Western.”

Clear skies greeted visitors to the last Cronyn Observatory Open House for the 2012 summer season, Saturday, August 25th, 8:30 p.m. Graduate student Allison Hill made her digital slide presentation, “Winds from Supermassive Black Holes,” twice that evening.
